This series of X Ray Pipe Detector is new kind of RTR inspection system which is professionally manufactured for SAW inspection, it can divide into end load material and trolley load material two series of products, we can design and manufacture according to different requirements, it can satisfy the inspection requirements of both straight welding and circular welding. This system mainly consists of seven parts as X-ray machine, image intensifier, image process system, monitor unit, Mechanical system, electrical controlling system and protective alarming units, covers electric, unit, light three technical areas, with cooperation between X-ray and industrial TV, users can view real time inspection images directly, which can easier judge appearance and type of failure, then finish saving and processing for the picture to improve its definition.
